Acceptance
By browsing this website or engaging Smartdesizns for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
Smartdesizns provides software design, development and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal and signed contract, which prevail over these general terms for that engagement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the intellectual property of bespoke deliverables created for you is assigned to you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks or templates we use remain owned by their respective authors (including Smartdesizns) and are licensed to you for use within the deliverable.
Confidentiality
We treat all non-public client information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smartdesizns' aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement in the preceding six months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Mohali, Punjab.
